C&A Properties is the result of a dream that came true after more than 30 years in Greece. The love for Greece started even earlier, in the 80-ties, when the family sailing yacht was sailing between most of the Greek islands. The Ionian Sea was always one of our favourite waters. After years of searching, a suitable plot of land was acquired south of the little town of Paleros. The plot of land overlooking the sea just across to Lefkada and looking south there are the islands Meganisi, Ithaki and Kefalonia.

The house with large outdoor areas and swimming pool will easily accommodate two families. Walking distance to a secluded beach and 10 min drive to Paleros.

Aktio Airport is 30 min. away and Athens 3 ½ hrs drive.
